How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping for those within a 100 mile radius from the Great neck, NY area. A $6 shipping fee is applied to other areas.

Where do you ship to in the US?

When will my order ship?
With the influx of online orders due to Covid-19 and shipping delays with our fulfillment partner, FedEx, you may experience a delay in shipping. Rest assured, the Royal Leaf team is working around the clock to ensure your tea gets to you as soon as possible, and we will email you as soon as it ships. Thank you for your patience as we navigate these new challenges.

How do I track my order?
When your order is processed, you will receive a Fedex tracking number. Please use this tracking number for additional information regarding your shipment.

How are my items shipped?

We ship our tea in protected boxes to ensure no breakage and safe delivery!

Do you ship to my country?

Refund Policy

Our return policy is only valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and only if a product is defective, damaged or expired. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can no longer offer a return.

Due to the nature of our products being perishable, we do not allow returns once the item has shipped from our warehouse.If you received a product that is defective, damaged or expired and wish to exchange it for the same item, please follow these steps:

1) Email your return to: ben@drinkroyalleaf.com

2) Email subject should reflect your order number

3) In the email, you must include photos of the defective, damaged and or expired product so we can see what is wrong with it

4) Describe the reason for your return. Once we receive your email, we will review and reach out to you to verify your details and confirm an exchange. Exchanges are processed as quickly as possible, normally within 24 - 48 hours. Royal Leaf will cover the cost of shipping for all returned defective, damaged, or expired products. We try to ship out exchanges within 24-48 hours of receiving your return request.
